We've watched and drooled as many of our favourite Stateside IPA factories have turned out milky white, highly hopped Hop Saturated Ales over the past couple years. Then we became the change we wanted to see here in Ontario, creating a haze bomb with an unhinged volume of Cryo Mosaic, Motueka, and Riwaka hops.

This is built for those who love hops, utilizing over 8 pounds of hops for every 100 litres of beer we created. Our goal is to work towards creating a milky white, thick and rich IPA that balances an almost overwhelming amount of hops. Unapologetically "green", but truly a celebration of our favourite little cone.
How It's Made
We sourced extra pale versions of pilsner and wheat malts and mashed in high to provide a very big body. Hops are added at the end of the boil, in a 15-minute low temp whirlpool, and in three separate dry hops: 3 days with Riwaka, then 3 days with Motueka, and a final 3 days with Cryo Mosaic.
