What You’ll Love About It
You may have seen the trend online: Adding seltzer water to orange juice, then dropping in a shot of espresso. This beer ably replicates the concept with bushels of Cara Cara orange juice and freshly roasted cold brew coffee.
How It's Made
This beer begins as a pale ale with only a short burst of hopping. As fermentation is underway we add an unreasonable volume of Cara Cara orange juice. In the meantime, Stockyards roasted fresh coffee and turned it into cold brew, which they brought to us to add to the finished beer.
Why Is It Called Espresso Sunrise?
It's the name of the famous non-alcoholic version of the drink.
