Coming from young vines, 20 to 50 years old, which are cultivated mainly by hand and trimmed in goblet form. Grapes are manually harvested, followed by carbonic maceration for approximately 12 days. Fermentation and ageing takes place in cement vats to insure the typical fresh aroma of the Morgon terrain. Depending on the year, the winemaking process is accomplished with few or no additives.
This wine expresses the traditions of the Morgon appellation. This is a fruity wine hinting of raspberry flavours and soft tannins.
